Our Policy:

On September 1 2008 our group life insurance underwriter switched from Standard Life Insurance Group to “The Hartford Life and Accident Insurance Company. As a result of the switch in the group policy, the following changes did occur:

·         The current enrolment period for the group has changed from February to September. This means that new members can only register for the group insurance only as of Sep 1 through Sep 30.

·         The member’s annual rate for the new policy has changed from the flat rate of $88 per person to a rate staring from $13.56-$135.00.

·         The new individual annual rate is now calculated base on age.

The group policy benefit for BCA-USA is $25,000.00 and the individual benefits are as follows:

 The table above simply explains that  in the cause of dead of a member in their first year of enrolment, 50% only 50% of their benefits will be pay to their dependent, and a 100% benefits from the 2nd year further.
